Eltrode Delivers to PEAB and SalMar 2

Eltrode AS delivered 6 mobile heat pumps to PEAB Bjørn Bygg AS's SalMar 2 project on Senja in Troms. The project involves the construction of one of the world's largest and most modern freshwater fish farming facilities for SalMar, one of the world's leading producers of farmed salmon.

Our delivery was part of measures for a fossil-free construction site, where energy-efficient and environmentally friendly construction heating was essential during the demanding Arctic construction period. With our heat pumps, PEAB achieved significant reductions in both CO₂ emissions and operating costs, while secure and stable heating was delivered throughout the winter.
